Acceptable use
These rules are part of the Terms of Use. They apply to every upload, prompt, and generated image on https://aimagetoimage.com.
Prohibited AI-generated content
You may not upload, prompt, generate, download, or share any of the following. The ban covers the source image, the prompt, and the output.
- Violence or gore, including graphic violence. Do not request blood, injury, torture, or other graphic harm as the point of the image.
- Do not generate hate speech, meaning discrimination or attacks based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
- Sexual content / NSFW, including pornography, nudity meant to be sexual, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Child-unsafe content. Any sexualization of a minor, or any content that sexualizes or harms a minor, is prohibited. This is zero tolerance, whether the person is real or fictional and whether the prompt states an age.
- Deepfakes and impersonation of a real person without that person’s consent. This includes face swaps and any edit that puts a real person’s identity into a scene they did not agree to.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Do not upload or recreate a work, character, logo, or mark you do not have the right to use.
You also may not use the service for illegal activity, for harassment, or to promote self-harm. Do not probe, scrape, or overload the generation API, bypass a limit, or share access in a way that multiplies free use.
Reporting content
If you see or encounter content that breaks these rules, report it by email to hello@aimagetoimage.com with the subject “Content report”. Report content. Say what you saw, the page address, and the time in UTC. If the image is illegal to possess, describe it instead of attaching the file. Do not send card numbers. We acknowledge a report within 48 hours and act within 72 hours of receiving it.
Moderation and enforcement
Every prompt is screened by automated content-safety scanning (Waffo content-safety) before generation. A blocked prompt is refused and is not sent to the image model. Content that a user reports is reviewed by a human.
If we find a violation, we may remove the content, refuse further service, revoke or zero credits, and ban the account, the email, or the IP used for the request. Paid credits may be forfeited without a refund when the violation is the reason for the ban. We report illegal content to the authorities, especially sexual content involving minors.
Showcase submissions
The public showcase is optional. These rules apply to every showcase submission: the source photo, the prompt, the style, and the result. A submission is checked automatically and stays unpublished until a person approves it. To report a community image, email hello@aimagetoimage.com with the subject “Content report” and the item id. To remove an image you shared, email the same address with the item id. We remove it within 72 hours.
