Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the operator of AimAgeToImage (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://aimagetoimage.com, a digital software service that edits images from a photo plus a text prompt. It is written for visitors, free users, and paying customers. Paid checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Waffo’s own privacy notice, shown during checkout, covers the payment data they collect.
Who we are
The creative service is operated under the name AimAgeToImage at https://aimagetoimage.com. For privacy requests, email hello@aimagetoimage.com. A postal address supplied to our payment partner is available on request at that same address. We do not operate a face-swap, deepfake, or adult-content product.
What this service does
You can upload an image, write a prompt, and receive a generated edit. The free tool does not require an account. Optional paid credit packs and monthly allowances are digital goods: a right to run additional generations, not a physical shipment and not a downloadable software installer.
Information we collect
- Images you upload and the text prompts you submit, so the model can produce an edit.
- Technical data sent with a request, including IP address, user agent, time, and error codes, used to operate the site and enforce daily generation limits.
- A daily free-generation counter stored in localStorage on your device. We do not receive that counter on our server except insofar as the server applies its own IP limit.
- If you email us, the address you write from and the contents of the message.
- If you pay, billing details, card data, and tax information are collected by Waffo Pancake on their hosted checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We store the order id, the plan, how many credits remain, an expiry time, and the email Waffo sends on the payment webhook, so this browser can spend the purchase and so you can restore it on another device.
We do not ask you to create a profile for the free tool. We do not knowingly collect government identity numbers, precise location, or information from children.
How we use information
- To run the edit you requested and return a preview and download.
- To enforce the free daily allowance, prevent abuse of the generation key, and stay within a daily spend budget.
- To screen prompts when safety checks are enabled, including refusals of sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual edits, and face-swap or deepfake requests.
- To complete, confirm, or refund a paid order and to answer support email.
- To understand aggregate failures, such as how often generation errors occur. We do not build a public gallery from your uploads.
- To meet law, respond to valid legal process, and protect users and the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your uploads or prompts to train our own model. The generation provider processes the image and prompt to produce the output under its own terms.
Payments
Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for paid Starter and Pro packs and for optional monthly plans. When you check out, you leave our page for Waffo’s hosted checkout. Waffo calculates applicable tax, charges the payment method, and issues the receipt. Their privacy notice governs that collection. We tell Waffo which plan you selected and a return URL. After Waffo confirms the order, we keep a credit balance in Redis and set an HttpOnly cookie on your browser that lists the order id. The cookie is signed so it cannot be edited into extra credits. We do not set up a separate card processor on this website.
Advertising
Free pages may later show third-party ads, such as Google AdSense. The ad spaces on the site are empty placeholders until a network is approved. If ads are enabled, the ad partner may set cookies or use device identifiers under their own policy. Paid pages are not designed around advertising. You can use the free tool without an account whether or not ads are present.
Cookies and local storage
The free editor does not require a login cookie. Your browser stores the free-generation counter in localStorage under a key that stays on the device. After a paid order is confirmed, we set an HttpOnly cookie named aimage_credit. It holds signed order ids, not your email or card number. Clearing site cookies removes it from that browser; the restore form can put it back. Waffo checkout may set its own cookies. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set its own cookies. We use those for page views and for whether a finished generation was free, Starter, or Pro, whether checkout started, and whether checkout returned successfully. Photos, prompts, email addresses, and order ids are not included. We do not use these cookies to build an advertising profile.
Processors
- fal.ai, which runs the image model. Uploaded images and prompts are sent to fal to produce the result.
- The hosting provider for this website (intended: Vercel), which delivers pages and may keep request logs.
- Google Analytics, when enabled, which receives the page views and product events described above.
- Waffo Pancake, for paid checkout, tax, and payouts to us as merchant of record.
- Upstash Redis, when configured, which stores order balances so a purchase can be spent and restored.
- Email providers that carry messages you send to hello@aimagetoimage.com.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We do not keep a customer image library. Generated file URLs are returned so you can preview and download them; they live on the generation provider’s storage for a limited time controlled by that provider. Credit records (order id, checkout email, plan, and remaining balance) stay in Redis until the credit expiry date plus about 40 days. When Redis is configured, the free daily network cap and the global spend cap are stored there for a few days. Host logs may keep IP addresses and status codes for a short operational period, typically up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse or comply with law. Payment records are kept by Waffo according to their retention rules.
Sharing
We share information with the processors above, with professional advisers when necessary, and with authorities when the law requires it. We may share information to prevent illegal content, including sexual content involving minors. We do not share uploads with other users.
Security
Generation and checkout calls are made over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled by Waffo, not stored in our application database. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Please do not upload secrets, identity documents, or images you cannot afford to transmit to a model provider.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 16, and paid checkout is only for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the service, email hello@aimagetoimage.com and we will delete what we can identify. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited and is not a feature of this product.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email hello@aimagetoimage.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. Because free use has no account, include the approximate time of a generation and the email you used if you paid, so we can look up the right records. You can clear the local generation counter by clearing site data in your browser.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases we rely on are: performance of the service you ask for (running an edit or delivering a paid pack), legitimate interests in securing the service and preventing abuse, and legal obligations such as tax records held by the merchant of record. Where a safety check or optional analytics would need consent, we will ask for it before relying on consent.
California residents can request access to or deletion of personal information we hold and can use the same email. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Changes
We will update the effective date on this page when the policy changes. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will note it on this page before it applies to new use of the service.
