Email hello@aimagetoimage.com for a failed generation, a paid-pack receipt, a cancellation, or a privacy request. Include the page you were on, the time in UTC, and what you expected. Do not attach card numbers. If a photo is sensitive, describe it instead of sending the file.

There is no live chat and no account inbox. Paid checkout, when enabled, is hosted by Waffo Pancake. The free editor does not need a support ticket to run. The about page describes who operates the site. Privacy requests are also covered in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the editor are in the terms.
