Terms of Use

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of AimAgeToImage (“we”) for the website at https://aimagetoimage.com. By using the site, generating an image, or paying for a pack, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Paid orders are also subject to the checkout terms presented by Waffo Pancake, the merchant of record. If those checkout terms conflict with these terms on payment, tax, or refund mechanics that Waffo must operate, Waffo’s checkout terms control that payment. These terms control the creative service.

The service

AimAgeToImage is a digital software-as-a-service tool. You upload an image, describe an edit, and download a generated image. It is an image-to-image editor for style, lighting, medium, and setting changes. It is not a professional design studio, not a guaranteed likeness tool, and not a layer-based photo editor.

The product is not a face-swap service, not a deepfake service, and not an adult or pornographic generator. We do not offer, advertise, or support those uses. Prompts and outputs that attempt them may be blocked.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a pack or subscription. The service is not directed to children under 16. You must have the legal right to upload every image you submit and to instruct an edit of it. You may not use the service if you are barred from receiving the service under applicable sanctions or export law.

Free use

The free editor allows two successful standard-model generations per browser per UTC day, from an image whose long edge is resized to 512 pixels. That allowance is a courtesy, not a stored-value balance. We may change the daily number, the model, or the size cap if abuse, cost, or provider limits require it. Free pages may show advertising. Free use does not require an account. A client-side counter is not a security boundary; the server also caps generations per network.

Paid credits and subscriptions

Paid products are digital credits for generations on this website:

Credits are a limited license to run the described generations. They are not cash, not a deposit, and not transferable. One-time credits are available for 12 months from the purchase date and then expire. Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars and exclude tax unless the checkout says tax is included. Waffo calculates and collects applicable tax.

There is no password account. When Waffo confirms a payment, the browser that returns from checkout receives an HttpOnly cookie naming that order. The cookie is how this device spends the credits. On another device, restore the purchase with the order id and the email used at checkout. Keep the receipt. Email hello@aimagetoimage.com if a confirmed payment never appears. Do not send card numbers by email.

Merchant of record

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for paid checkouts. You pay Waffo. Waffo handles the charge, sales tax or VAT where it applies, and the customer receipt. We receive payouts from Waffo. We do not store your card number. Checkout opens only when our Waffo merchant credentials and product ids are configured. Until then, the pricing buttons explain that checkout is not live, and the free tool remains available.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Monthly plans renew each billing period until canceled. Cancel by emailing hello@aimagetoimage.com at least 48 hours before the next renewal, or by any cancellation method Waffo provides on the receipt or customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Credits already issued for the current period stay available until that period ends. The current period is not prorated unless a consumer law where you live requires a refund.

One-time packs and unused subscription credits may be refunded if you email us within 14 days of the charge and the credits have not been used. A refund that Waffo marks as succeeded voids the credits still remaining on that order. Images already generated are not recalled. If a generation failed because our service was unavailable, that run is not deducted. Because the goods are digital and delivery starts when a credit is available to generate, local law may limit refunds after delivery. Where Waffo must process the refund as merchant of record, we will approve a refund that these terms allow and direct it through Waffo. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of paid access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

We may refuse a prompt, block an IP, or suspend paid access for a breach. We may preserve limited logs and, where the law requires, report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority.

Your content and the outputs

You keep the rights you already have in images and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to transmit them to the generation provider solely to perform the edit you requested, to screen for the rules above, and to diagnose a failure you report. We do not claim ownership of your outputs. Outputs may be similar to other users’ results and may not be unique. You are responsible for clearing rights before you publish an output, including rights in the source photo, in any person’s likeness, and in any trademark or character that appears.

Model outputs are produced by third-party models (including models hosted by fal.ai). Those providers’ license terms apply to the extent they grant or withhold commercial use. We do not promise that an output is free of third-party claims.

Quality, watermarks, and limits

The free and Starter models are the standard editor. Files are not intentionally watermarked by us. We do not promise print resolution, perfect identity match, readable text inside the image, or a specific artistic result. Very small or extreme source images produce weaker edits. The Pro model is higher fidelity and is sold separately. It is not included in free or Starter runs.

Availability

The service depends on hosting and on fal.ai. It may be interrupted, rate-limited, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access. If we discontinue paid credits that you have not used and that have not expired, we will offer a refund of the unused portion or a reasonable substitute.

Our intellectual property

The site design, name AimAgeToImage, and our copy are ours or our licensors’. These terms do not give you the site’s source code, model weights, or brand. You may link to the public pages. You may not copy the site to imply that a different product is AimAgeToImage.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. AI images can be wrong, distorted, or biased. Do not rely on an output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim and fifty US dollars. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any right that cannot be waived. Waffo is responsible for payment processing it performs as merchant of record; we are not the card acquirer.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your images, prompts, outputs you publish, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct. We will give you notice of a claim when practical.

Suspension

We may suspend or stop access if we reasonably believe you broke these terms, if a provider requires it, or if continuing would create legal or security risk. Where practical we will email the address on a paid order before suspending unused paid credits, unless the issue is illegal content or active abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of aimagetoimage.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in that operator jurisdiction are the venue, except where consumer law lets you sue at home. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have to bring a complaint before a consumer authority.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to new use and new purchases. For an existing monthly plan, material changes apply from the next renewal after the update, and you may cancel before then. The privacy policy is a separate document and is incorporated by reference for data handling.
